Information you choose to provide
MedArchitex processes the account, health, lifestyle, and document information you choose to provide or connect. We also receive basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How information is used
We use information to deliver assessments, generate reports, maintain your account, respond to support requests, protect the platform, and improve the MedArchitex experience.
Your permissions
You control which supported records and documents are connected. Sharing with another person or organization requires your direction. Access can be reviewed or revoked from the product where that control is available.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. Account controls, access limits, and two-step verification are part of that approach.
Service providers
We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, payments, and model infrastructure. They receive only the information needed to provide their service and are subject to applicable contractual obligations.
Retention and control
Information is kept only as long as needed for the service, security, legal, and operational purposes described here. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable.
