Using MedArchitex
These terms govern access to MedArchitex. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms and the user guidelines.
Account security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for protecting your sign-in credentials. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Health information
MedArchitex provides health-risk information and decision support. It does not provide emergency care and does not replace the judgement of a qualified healthcare professional.
Acceptable use
You may not access the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, misuse another person's information, or use the service to make prohibited discriminatory decisions.
Ownership
MedArchitex and its licensors retain rights in the platform, brand, software, and original content. You retain rights in information you provide, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.
Service availability
We work to keep MedArchitex secure and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may change as the platform, evidence base, and applicable requirements evolve.
