Use the product for its intended purpose
MedArchitex is designed to help people and authorized organizations understand health risk over time, prepare better questions, and support earlier preventive action.
Do not use it for emergencies
MedArchitex is not an emergency service. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Risk is not a diagnosis
A risk estimate describes probability, not certainty. It should support a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional and should not replace diagnosis, treatment, or clinical judgement.
Keep inputs accurate
The quality of an assessment depends on the information available. Review connected records, answer questions honestly, and correct information that is incomplete or inaccurate.
Understand how results are produced
Risk scores are calculated by deterministic, versioned methods. Report tools may help organize evidence and explain results, but they do not change or calculate the underlying score.
Share carefully
Only share a report with people you trust. If you are using MedArchitex on behalf of an organization, access health information only when you are authorized to do so.
Protect the service
Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, interfere with the platform, or use MedArchitex to discriminate against, exploit, or harm another person.
